East China School District is excited to offer a new Memorial Bench Program. Our program provides individuals an opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one, commemorate a special person, or occasion with the placement of a bench that enhances our school district. Benches are made of a polyresin, are five feet long, and will be fixed to a concrete pad. Each bench comes with a personalized plaque. The benches can be located at any of our ECSD buildings. To participate in the program:

1. Download and fill out the order form.

2. Mail or drop off the order form and check to East China School District, Attention Suzanne Cybulla, 1585 Meisner Road, East China, MI 48054.

3. Once the bench location and plaque proof are approved the bench/plaque will be ordered.

4. Once the bench is received, ECSD staff will contact the donor to provide information on when the bench installation will be completed.

5. ECSD staff will email the donor a photograph of the memorial bench after the installation.

6. ECSD will provide the donor with a donation recognition letter.
